Qualified customers:
Residential customers who reside within the State of Washington and who purchase their
electricity from Pacific Power on rate schedules* 16, 17 or 18 are eligible to participate.
Landlords who own rental properties where the tenant is billed on rate schedules* 16, 17,
or 18 also qualify for this program.
*Find your rate schedule by looking under Detailed Account Activity on your bill. Next to
Electric Service you will find Residential Service – Schedule X below your address.
