Financial incentives are available to builders who build a qualified home through the Home Energy Savings program New Homes program. These incentives offset a portion of the costs of energy efficient upgrades.
$750 incentive to program qualified contractor (gas-heated home)
$900 incentive to program qualified contractor (electric-heated home)
